| Site wide: Exterior and roof repairs, drainfields, pressure wash and reseal. Upgrade restrooms in cabins, sidewalks to cabins and entrance ramps for ADA regulations. Repair barns and fencing. Seven other buildings will require renovations and repairs, HVAC system and code corrections, demolish and replace bldgs. Replacement of roof and renovate for safety issues Replace electrical wiring to code, ADA restroom corrections |
