| Project Description: |
| This is to restore funds taken from two former, continuing member projects by the 2002 Legislature ("New Beginning Program" and "addictions Treatment"). The projects were continued as "recurring Special Projects" (line 438) at the reduced level. These projects are treatment services to addicted persons, Pre- and Post-Partum and Intensive Addictions treatment services. |
