CATE is a partnership between the Department of Health and a community non-profit organization designed to assist low-income resident in obaining adequate health assessments and screening. The project is part of the Community Health Protection Act, which was devised to assist the Department of Health reach medically underserved populations that are overburdened by pollution an disease.

Assists low-income persons by providing health screenings and assessments.
