Project Description:
The Division of Law Enforcement request is for the restoration of the docking facility at our Jupiter Office. The project involves permits, engineering costs, dredging, shoreline rip-rap and dock repair and construction.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The Jupiter office of the FWC, Division of Law Enforcement provides waterborne search and rescue response and law enfrocement services to the Palm Beach, and Martin County areas. The dock facility at the office allows rapid response to emergencies by allowing boats to be moored in the water and ready for deployment. The dock facility also provides a safe platform to transfer persons injured in accidents and prisoners taken into custody by a water patrol unit. All these reasons combined, result in improved safety for Florida citizens and visitors.
