| PD& E, for construction of a new road from Forest Grove Drive to the Existing Old Kings Road. This includes planning for the construction of four lanes to realign and complete a parallel roadway to I-95 at the future location of an I-95 overpass. |

| : Improved functioning of I-95 in Flagler County, Old Kings Road and Forest Grove Drive in the City Of Palm Coast. The roadway will also reroute traffic from the City's new high school reducing the likelihood of accidents involving students and school buses. The improvements are including City Of Palm Coast's Comprehensive Plan for our future roadway network. |
