Project Description:
This funding will allow for the re-construction and beautification of US1 North and Southbound in the Young Circle Park area. This project will eliminate back out parking around Young Circle creating a safer traffic patterns.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increased safety and improved traffic conditions in and around the Young Circle Corridor. Revitalization of the City's main commercial and transportation corridor, improve transportation, increased retail and possibly generate new businesses into the district.
