| Project Description: |
| The City of Hallandale Beach is in the process of designing and constructing a water membrane plant, which shall house the Emergency Operations Center. Due to the many Homeland Security concerns it is imperative that the City have a functioning EOC for water system and general citywide safety. Because Hallandale Beach is subject to impact from hurricanes and other wind and water natural disasters this facility will be constructed to code to withstand category IV and V hurricanes |
