| Facility houses Gadsden Co. Extension Service and is used for agricultural and community activities, workshops and training institutes. Established programs in family resource management, 4-H, parenting, community resource development, agriculture and affordable housing are daily educational opportunities available for area participants. |

| The multi-purpose facility will house livestock, companion animals and people during periods of weather emergenies and other times when relocation is necessary for safety.
