| Provide differential diagnostic evaluations and prescriptive interventions for children with congenital and acquired chronic diseases and primary care for children in the CMS network. |

| Children with congenital or acquired diseases will be properly diagnosed; specialized physicians will treat children with surgery, medicines, or other invasive and noninvasive procedures that with correct, cure, or improve quality of life for these children. Additionally, the next generation of specialists will trained in the disciplines related to working with children with chronic illness. |
