| Project Description: |
| The establishment of ten (10) Faith Based Neighborhood Accountability Boards located in high crime neighbors will serve as an intervention of juvenile misdemeanor offenses which will incorporate restorative justice principles. Referrals will be made by law enforcement in cooperation with the state attorney's office, in the interest of not filing a petition for law violation upon the succesful completion of community safety plan. |

| Four hundred youth will be served state wide among the ten (10) sites. This program will work in cooperation with the Department of Juvenile Justice to ascertain what the outcome measure presently are for diversion programs on a statewide and national level to better determine realistic objectives. |
