| The locations will be prioritized for purchase and facility development. A treatment facility design cost estimate will be developed for each location. Facility locations will be selected based upon priority (North Bay first), cost, and feasibility to stay within fiscal restraints. Property will be acquired and treatment facilities constructed within these constraints. Identified locations can be provided upon request. |
