| Provide classroom, studio, performance, practice, concert and counseling space for students and office space for faculty and staff; replacing the current constrained facilities which limit program capacity and present educational and environmental challenges for students, faculty and staff. |

| Current enrollment backlogs will be phased out, allowing students to take classes currently rationed due to space limitations; enrollments will increase; students' crucial performance opportunities will increase; community partnerships will be enhanced; regional tourism and visitor opportunities will be improved, as USF will expand its role as the host of prestigious national and international competitions, clinics and camps and will reclaim some of the events it lost due to inadequate facilities. |
