| Project Description: |
| Implement a pilot program for the purpose of assisting with 1/2 the cost of auto insurance to foster children who live independently, foster parents, and residential facilities. The foster child will pay the remaining 1/2 of the insurance costs by working part-time. Foster parents do not receive enough money per child to accept the burden of the 1/2 they would have to pay on their own, while teaching the teenage child a fiduciary responsibility. |
