| This project constructs a roadway from the proposed Matanzas Woods overpass over I-95 to the existing Forrest Grove. It also provides a connection for Old Kings Road, a parallel roadway for I-95. This provides connections to the proposed overpass from the Eastern side of the City and the coastal areas of Flagler County. It will be come a major escape route for evacuation purposes. |

The improvements are including City of Palm Coast's Comprehensive Plan for our future roadway network. |
