| Project Description: |
| This is a one time allocation to upgrade the water line system to insure looping of the system. Looping insures the city has adequate flow throughout the city and minimizes the impact when areas need to be taken out of service for repairs. This will also improve fire flows and reduce the impact on fire flows when sections are taken off line for repairs. |
