| Project Description: |
| Project removes baggage screening equipment from terminal ticketing lobbies allowing reclamation of space for queuing and ticket counters by new design and construction of interim baggage screening rooms and related conveyor systems for terminals 1, 2 and 3. This project will enhance the overall efficiency of these three terminals by restoring the space to pre-9/11 uses. It also removes Explosive Detection Systems from their temporary locations as were mandated by Federal requirements following 9/11. |
