Project Description:
UFC was formed based on the finding that families in Palm Beach County involved in the justice system w/ multiple cases pending in separate courts would be better served through a comprehensive approach in which family, juvenile, and domestic violence cases are integrated into one system. The key components of the pilot project are special screening procedures, case management, informed judicial decision-making, and resource coordination.
