50% State Match for Capital Improvement Project to Purchase Site and Construct Facility for Emergency Hurricane Shelter Care for Developmentally Disabled Children.

: 95% of emergency shelter's capacity will be utilized during state declared hurricane emergencies effecting South Florida; 100% of children served will be Developmentally Disabled Children with 65% of that number children with medical needs that require uninterrupted treatment.
