Project Description:
Publish a free monthly newspaper for the Northeast Florida communities, which is distributed to 395 receiving locations. These 35,000 papers are read by approximately 70 to 80 thousand readers. It is the only publication of its type in Northeast Florida.

1. Increase public awareness of criminal activity both within Jacksonville and its surrounding communities. 2. Increase community involvement with local law enforcement authorities. 3. Decrease crime through increased community involvement.
