Project Description:
Expansion of existing downtown retention area to enhance flood protection, facilitate downtown redevelopment, and increase water quality treatment before discharge into exfiltration trench that drains to the aquifer that interfaces with Silver Springs, designated as Outstanding Florida Waters (OFW).
