This project addresses health and safety issues locally as mapping of the system is not available. Proper connection throughout the system is needed to correct pressure problems and correct system-wide problems. These issues have been documented by Flagler County and the Florida Department of Health.

Project Description:
This project will provide a permanent solution to address lack of water pressure, replace broken and outdated meters, replace broken and outdated water valves and provide an inflow/infiltration study.

This project will correct the State and Federal violations of the system including exceeding limits of CBOD5, TSS, TRC and excess toxicity currently threatening the Northern Coastal Basin. Elimination of stormwater runoff into the Northern Coastal Basin.
