| Provides quality health, educational and recreational program for active seniors aged 60 and over, with goal of improving quality of life to prolong healthy, independent living, English lessons, American citizenship classes, health education and screenings, arts and crafts, chair exercises and yoga, dance, bingo, dominoes, group discussions, field trips and a daily nutritious hot meals. |
