Project Description:
Additional funding is requested for Healthy Start Coalitions across the state of Florida to provide services to 28,900+ more at-risk moms, babies, and young children up to age 3. Services include: (1) Healthy Start care coordination and enhanced services; (2) well-care for at-risk women between pregnancies/before conception; and (3) un-funded prenatal care
