Project Description:
Collaborative research activities between scientists at Smithsonian Marine Station and Florida Atlantic University will be established and pre and post-doctoral training activities will be facilitated. Increased studies of Florida's coastal marine resources and biodiversity will provide information and a management tool for the state.

Increased number of researchers and students conducting research at Smithsonian Marine Station. Partnership activities established with Florida Atlantic University Faculty and students conducting marine research at Treasure Coast campus (HBOI).Increased research, research training, and collaborative research activities addressing Florida's marine resources.
