| Project Description: (Include services to be provided.) The Roskamp Institute offers a full spectrum healthcare clinic dedicated to neurological research with services ranging from neuropsychology, neurology, geriatric medicine, and psychiatry with a particular emphasis on Alzheimer's Disease. The Roskamp Institute clinic, located in Manatee County, will reduce the long-term impact of memory disorders, reduce disability, and assist patients in returning to a higher level of functionality. |

| Diagnosis and treatment of patients with memory disorders in Manatee, Hardee, DeSoto, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties. Education of care givers in ALF's, nursing homes, and clinics as to how to best care for and communicate with patients suffering from memory loss due to neurological traumas including, but not limited to, stroke, head injury and Alzheimer's Disease. |
