| Project Description: |
| This remodeling project is requested as part of the New College Capital Improvement Plan submittal for
2006-2011. Remodeling two existing facilities (Parkview House and Westside Student Center) is necessary
in order to permit the relocation of College police operations from the Viking portion of the University of South
Florida Sarasota/Manatee's campus footprint to the NCF campus footprint following USF S/M's relocation to its
separate free-standing campus in 2006. This remodeling project will also provide the Health and Wellness
Center with space conducive to its needs

| Remodeling the Parkview House and Westside Student Center will make them suitable for

2006. This remodeling also will provide the Health and Wellness Center with space conducive to its needs.
