| Project Description: |
| Watershed management plans (WMP) for the Gant Lake and Big Prairie watersheds to develop an understanding of the capacity of the watersheds by identifying floodplains flood protection level of service, nonpoint source pollutant loading, and conducting an alternative analysis for best management practices to address deficiencies. Additionally, rehabilitation efforts to restore the original conveyance capacity of various canalized systems throughout the County will be conducted. Rehabilitation efforts will include cleaning of ditches, replacing damaged culverts, and starting a maintenance spray program for herbicide application. |
