Phase IV of this subdivision's improvements will entail using an inlet box, skimmers, baffle system and perforated pipe surround by a filtering media to provide a higher grade of treatment for this runoff prior to its discharge to the Halifax River. This increased treatment of runoff will serve to preserve and enhance the quality of this important inland coastal waterway.
