Project Description:
The restoration of a historically-significant structure built in 1926 in the mediterrenean Revival style. Restoration of the property will mitigate the effects of past storms, particularly since the property abuts Biscayne Bay. The project will ensure the structure's preservation in perpetuity. The village is considering converting the property into a museum and community space.
