The Clark House is a part of Orange Park and Florida's history. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Clark House serves as an educational facility teaching agricultural methods and homestead customs practiced in the early 1900's. It also serves the Clay County Community as a recreational facility with its park and trails. |

Project Description: |
The outbuildings are defined as the Carriage House, the Barn and the Stable, whick will need the following repairs:
1. Carriage House will need a handicap ramp, repair the metal roof, repair/replace rotten wood, fresh paint, repair electrical system, repair interior from leaky roof, restore interiors to orginal state and plan/implement museum display.
2. Barn will need to repair/replace doors, repair metal roof, repair/replace rotten wood, install electricity for museum displays and plan/implement museum display.
3. Stable will need to repair doors, repair original roof, repair/replace rotten wood, install electricity for museum displays and plan/implement museum display. |

Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
To educate present day visitors with a living museum that will provide first hand experience to educate and to teach them traditions from the past. Economic development will also increase in Orange Park as more visitors explore the Clark House facility. Lastly, the current educational program will expand along with an increase in special event days such as "Carrie Clark Day." |
