| Acquisition of property for new construction, or rehabilitation of an existing structure to provide commercial space for service providers to bring crutial needed services to the city of Deltona, Volusia County, surrounding communities and all citizens. Services include but not limited to; health care, elder care, services for homeless persons, substance abuse counseling and treatment, teen issues and mental health care. |
