| The project will provide for a comprehensive county Public Safety Complex that will include: renovations to the existing jail facility; construction of a Sheriff's Administration Bldg; a new county/city Fire/Rescue facility; a new Emergency Operations Command Center, and the incorporation of a police headquarters for the City of Quincy. |
