| Project Description: |
| Continue to upgrade and repair waste/water treatment system, existing system is in the state of disrepair and requires rehabilitation to prevent untreated sewage from entering the plant. The City has numerous infrastructure issues such as pipe corrosion, broken pipes and broken meters which allows for extreme inflow and infiltration into its utility lines. These possess severe issues such as contamination and the loss of 40 percent of water in the distribution system. An integrated approach of technology, replacing pipes and meters will allow the City to monitor the infrastructure in real time and the City to provide quality service to its entire population. |
