| Project Description: |
| Covenant House Florida will assist approximately 500 youths to improve their education and employability by providing on-site High school and GED Preparation Classes, Employment Assistance training, and Independent Living Skills instruction so these �at promise� youth are able to enhance their lives and shape their futures towards being self-sustaining productive and independent individuals. |

| (1) 80% of youth will learn life and job readiness skills to be better prepared for social interaction, interpersonal communications, employment, and independence. (2) 80% of youth will attend school or G.E.D. classes to earn their diploma or equivalency, and gain employment, improve health and life skills necessary to improve their future and provide opportunities for themselves. (3) 50% of youth discharged will leave for a stable living environment, e.g., family reunification, transitional housing, independent living, placement facility, etc. |
