| This capital out lay will provide statewide residents and visitors, as well as local citizens, an ability to observe rare butterflies in an educational and eco-tourism friendly environment on an island in the Halifax River. This island is being converted into a total educational and enjoyable location for all who would like to be immersed into an ecological and bio-diverse site. The butterfly conservatory will be the centerpiece of this island. |
