| Project Description: |
| The Lauderdale Lakes Alzheimer Care Center has an excellent reputation for its program and services. The existing program needs to expand to assist in serving the 45,600 elders with Alzheimer�s disease in Broward County and the 39, 670 elders in Broward County that are medically underserved. Funding would permit the City�s Alzheimer Care Center to increase the number of elder clients served, to increase caregiver support services, and to increase the amount of outreach, education, and community resource assistance. |
