Jail diversion and forensics case management for seriously mentally ill individuals who have been arrested in Flagler County

80% of identified severely & persistently mentally ill (SPMI) defendants will be interviewed prior to 1st Appearance Court; 80% of SPMI defendants will be interviewed prior to release from jail sentence to arrange appropriate referrals
