| Project Description: |
| In an emergency the City of Keystone Heights must rely on an undersized building constructed in 1964 to serve as an Emergency Operations Center. This building will not withstand a moderate storm. This project will resolve this need and will construct, using more stringent building code standards, a more stable building to house an Emergency Operations Center that will provide a staging, housing and distribution facility for emergency services. The building will also serve as a multi-purpose community center and will house government and educational services. |
