| Project Description: |
| The Florida Reading Initiative is a K-12 school reform effort that trains and supports teachers, principals and reading coaches in the implementation of literacy reform. On-going assessment, research-based reading strategies and alignment of curriculum with student needs are the focus of initial training, online networking and onsite coaching and mentoring. |
