Project Description:
Larson Ave., just east of Parson�s Ave. experiences severe flooding due to the absence of an outfall from Higgins Pond/ Sinkhole. This has resulted in a traffic hazard due to the threat of hydroplaning and to structure flooding. The scope of this project is to for the design, and construction of an outfall to alleviate these conditions and to improve water quality in Lake Meade.
