Project Description:
Morgan Street, just east of Parson�s Ave. experiences severe flooding on a relatively frequent basis due to and inadequate and non-existent stormwater management system. This has resulted in a traffic hazard due to the threat of hydroplaning and of home flooding. The scope of this project is for the design, and construction of a stormwater management system and stormwater lift stations to alleviate these conditions.
