| Provides quality health and wellness, educational and recreational program for active seniors aged 60+, with goal of improving quality of life to prolong healthy, independent living: English lessons, American citizenship classes, health education and screenings, arts and crafts, chair exercises/yoga, dance, bingo, dominoes, group discussions, field trips and a daily nutritious hot meal. |
