| This project is for a non-profit organization for capital outlay. Capital Improvements are needed to ensure the safety, health and well being of frail, elderly clients. The State is committed to helping low-income elderly persons; in fact, the construction of the center was done through a State and Local partnership. The partners included the Department of Elderly Affairs, Broward County Human Services Department and the Areawide Agency on Aging of Broward County. |
