These bridge replacements are needed for several reasons: located within two miles of schools, which none have walking/bicycle paths; timber construction; design inefficiency, which prevents emergency vehicle access. These replacements will provide a safer roadway for citizens.

Project Description:
Bridges: 484024, 484072, 484066, 484069, 484073, have been DOT recommended as functionally obsolete, structually deficient, and have been placed on the DOT replacement cycle. Bridges 484083, 484084, 484085, located within one subdivision, have the same rating; bridges 480028 and 480041 are rated the same plus are too narrow. All aforementioned bridges will be replaced with current FDOT standards.
