Statewide Interest:
This project supports State Statute "Safe Walk to School" program by providing a local communication system for instant school beacon setting and adjustments and twenty-four hour monitoring to ensure correct operations. Cost savings in elevating a need to staff site response, more settings for all school activates, deactivating during holiday closures to ensure motorists repsect, and ensuring continues operation to support safe operating speeds within school zones. Also adds Enforcement Support for Law Enforcement Agencies.
