Project Description:
To develop a comprehensive balanced strategy to community development. This strategy has a two-prong approach. The first approach focuses on human development that addresses the issue at the level of the individual, family and community. The second approach, which is central to this project, focuses on environmental improvement by facilitating public safety, resource development and public-private partnership, thus creating a nurturing environment for investment and entrepreneurship.
