| Project Description: |
| Project Description: Develop Dental Residency in NW Florida in the Big Bend/Panhandle area in conjuction with Nova Southeastern University. This is a public health and education project that brings needed dentists to rural and urban areas in NW Florida, where there are no pediatric dental education programs and a shortage of general and pediatric dentists. This project is a public-private partnership including the Department of Health, Nova Southeastern University Dental School and Lynn F. Johnston Pediatric Dental Clinic that will improve dental health in NW Florida while reducing long-term Medicaid costs.
