The purpose of the Phase 1 project is to provide reclaimed augmentation to Seminole County and to construct the cornerstone of a regional facility to supply alternative water allowing Seminole County and other neighboring utilities to meet state initatives to reduce the reliance on groundwater

Project Description:
The Phase 1 project includes construction of a 10-mgd supply and treatment system to treat water from the St. Johns River. The treated water will be used to augment reclaimed water supplies. The Phase 1 project is designed to be further expanded into aregional treatment facility for other utilities to receive alternative water.
