| Converting a crime ridden triplex building adjacent to Rimes Early Learning Center into a Resident Resource Center. The Center will provide meeting space for resident to hold community meetings, workshops, seminars, tutorial programs for school aged children, and job training programs.. The Center is part of an overall renovation project to rehab 56 apartment units and convert them into townhomes. |
