| Project Description: |
| Free Primary care and dental care to uninsured residents of Lake and Sumter Counties. Free laboratory diagnostic studies and diagnostic imaging services for uninsured clinic patients that are obtained offsite from an ancillary service provider that will be reimbursed from a portion of the funds. In addition, a portion of the funds are to be used for the purchase of prescription medication for eligible patients. |
